Conveying hope and bringing light where it’s most needed.
CLIENT
FIET is a non-governmental organization focused on fighting human trafficking and providing comprehensive support to the most vulnerable victims in Spain. Their commitment to transparency and professionalism is evident in the way they manage their programs and partnerships.

(A) Opportunity
Fiet is an NGO that has been carrying out valuable work for many years. Its website had evolved over time and required an exercise in synthesis to clearly and visually explain the foundation’s mission and activities.
The foundation’s second objective was to improve transparency by presenting its activity data in a very visible and clear way, and by making it easier for those who wish to collaborate to get in touch.

(B) Web design strategy
After several meetings and an in-depth analysis of the foundation’s documents and external references, we proposed designing a one-page website that would condense all the information into an engaging narrative that is easy to understand.
We designed low-fidelity wireframes to validate the content and test the navigation, and we enhanced the experience of the donation form.

(C) Communication & Context
Following the “Golden Circle” framework, we designed a narrative that began by explaining the reason the foundation exists — moving from shadow to light through an interaction that reinforced the concept of hope — and then presented Fiet’s areas of activity, followed by its organizational details.
We incorporated subtle visual effects to add dynamism and to illustrate the foundation’s dual purpose: combining detection — with a concrete impact — and prevention — with a global impact.

(D) PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE
Finally, building on the visual identity created by the Brazilian agency Souto, we developed a photography library that brought a sensitive tone and illustrated messages of privacy, compassion, and community, bringing to life the organization’s beautiful tagline: “Freedom and Hope”.
