ABOUT
Faster Displays designs and produces cardboard displays for the point of sale. FSC certified and present in more than 25 countries, they have an innovative patent and a high commitment to the environment.

(A) Opportunity
Let’s talk about cardboard displays for supermarkets. It’s a long-standing industry that might not seem very exciting at first glance, but Faster Displays has managed to stand out with their creativity, environmental commitment, and a revolutionary design patent that offers exceptional durability and allows the displays to be assembled in the blink of an eye. After years of growth within and beyond Spain, Faster Displays turned to us with a challenge: they wanted their digital presence to reflect the innovative spirit they had cultivated in their workshop. Our goal was clear: to create a website that would amplify their message of innovation, elevating their products and communicating their benefits in a clear, attractive, and unique way.

(B) Web design strategy
To create an engaging narrative around each of their products, we opted to recreate the displays in stunning 3D renders, using an elegant, futuristic white color and presenting them in an equally minimalist interface. We harnessed the power of animation to tell the story of each product and highlight its benefits: from compact packaging and customization to ease of assembly, durability, and sustainability. This visually appealing and dynamic approach was complemented by carefully chosen movements that respond to user scrolling.
Creating a sense of discovery and surprise is key to any story. That’s why we decided to gradually reveal the vibrant colors and diverse shapes of Faster Displays’ supermarket products as the user delves deeper into the product stories. The landing pages for the four displays share a common structure but each adopts its own identity. Their stories progress from subtle to bold, providing a satisfying sense of progression. The result is a unique and enjoyable user experience that encourages longer visits and leaves a lasting impression of the products.

(C) Communication & Context
The final challenge was to communicate the context of the products from the moment users land on the page. By removing the displays from their usual environment, it was crucial to clearly convey their function. We wanted users to immediately understand that we were showcasing displays for stores and supermarkets designed to promote brands of beverages, food, and other products. We started by refining the messaging and strategically designing the website’s content structure. Then, we incorporated products into the displays: bottles on the main display, and glasses and tetrabriks on the tabletop version. We added typical supermarket elements, like shopping carts, to the more complex displays to help communicate their scale. These details were complemented by a gallery of real-life applications for each product and photographs illustrating their use in supermarkets, ensuring no detail was left unclear.

(C) Outcome
The Faster Displays website has become an exciting visual testament to their revolutionary product, instantly associating the brand with R&D and leadership. With modern design, dynamic interactions, and clear communication of context, we successfully conveyed the unique essence of Faster Displays and their commitment to innovation, sustainability, and quality. It’s possible that even tech gadget lovers might find themselves intrigued by these displays… 😉 Explore the Faster Displays website and discover what cardboard can achieve.
